Ms. Pauline T said, "The hotel was centrally situated. It was a very big hotel and the rooms were spacious. The only disappointment was that there were no tea and coffee facilities. Handy to the train and close to the Emporium Shopping centre. The breakfast was very good which is included part of the package. Wonderful little laundry just down the road and so cheap. Also a coffee shop just across the road, up a bit with free internet access and friendly staff."

I was very very disappointed with check in desk which actually turned me away when they could not find my booking....I had to go away get written proof that i had reservations then return two hours later. Terrible service at the desk. As I came in not looking high class they didnt treat me properly. They are the reason why i did not book to stay longer with them."
